How to navigate the quote page

Get an overview of your quotes

You will find the quote page among in the menu on the left.

Just like the other pages in Cirrus 2, you can filter searches to find the data you are looking for.

A few things you can do is:

  • Bulk update quote status' to ensure that you have correct and relevant quotes active.

  • Change responsible for quotes - if a user is no longer with the company, you can easily change responsible for several accounts.

  • Update payment terms/delivery terms.

  • Add/update dynamic fields.

Below are a couple of scenarios showing how to navigate in the quotes page. πŸ‘‡

Scenario 1 - overdue quotes.

"As sales manager, I want to be able to do follow ups so that we can minimize the overdue quotes we have not yet acted on.

I head over to the quote page and open the filter box. Select which quote status you want to see. In this case 'Overdue'. Choose which responsible you want to see or if you want to see everyone's overdue quotes and click on search."

Scenario 2 - a user has quit and a new one will take over their quotes.

"I want to easily transfer active quotes to another user. In the quote view, I filter out the quotes belonging to the user who quit by choosing their name under Responsible.

When all of the quotes are listed, I selects all and click Edit. Now I can bulk update these quotes and move them over to the user who will take over them." βœ…
