You create an order and may then choose to split it up among multiple users. Cirrus then helps you split the original order into several smaller orders, correctly distributed according to the percentage you have set. The original order is canceled and you can always track which orders are related through the Connections tab
Choose which users the order should be distributed to (up to 5)
Then choose which percentage of the order that should be assigned each user.
Hur gör man?
Start by creating your original order, which will then be distributed.
Click on the three-dot menu on the bottom right of the order modal and select "Distribute Order".
3. Now choose how your order is to be distributed. Pick your users (up to 5) and adjust the percentage if necessary. At 33,3% the value must be manually adjusted in one of the users, so it will be 33%, 33% and 34%.
When your done with your settings click Distribute.
4. Nu har ursprungsordern makulerats och istället har 4 nya order skapats (enligt exempelbilden ovan).
Alla nya order som skapat hittar du sedan under fliken "kopplingar" på din ursprungsorder. Så du enkelt kan hitta dem (alla nya ordernummer till höger, ursprungsordern till vänster i bild). Besöker du istället en fördelad order så ser du kopplingen till den makulerade ursprungsordern där.

This function is limited by what role you have in Cirrus. This means that your CRM administrator have to grant users access to this function under the tab "Roles" in Cirrus Settings.
