You can repeat an order with the following settings:

  • Start date (when the first repeated order should be created)

  • Select the interval at which it should repeat - weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually

  • How many orders should be made (Remember that the original order has already been created, so if you want 12 orders to be made, you should enter 11 because the first order has already been created)

  • Select the order status for all orders

How to do it:

1, Start by creating your original order, the one that will be repeated in the future.

2,Click the three dots menu at the bottom right of the order modal and select "repeat order.

3, Then set up how your order should repeat. Choose the interval, number, status, whether tags and factual fields should be included, etc. On the right, you'll see a preview of when the orders will be created and a summary of the total value.

Remember to set the start date to the date on which you want your orders to be created in the future. For example, if you want them to be created on the 1st of each month, set the start date to the 1st of the following month.

4, Your repeated orders are now created!

You can find all of your repeated orders under the "links" tab on your original order. This makes it easy to locate them (all new order numbers are on the right, the original order is on the left in the image).
If you visit a repeated order instead, you will see the link to the original order instead.

Please note! This function requires authorization. This means that the CRM admin must grant users access to the function under the "Roles" tab in Settings in Cirrus.
