The objectives in the sales project are presented as checklists. You can have different objectives per step and also choose whether these must be completed before the sales project can move on to the next step.

To create objectives, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Categories > Type of Sales Project/Step.

  • Here, you will see a list of different sales project types and their steps.

  • Use the pen on the right to edit the steps and their names. With the pens placed at each step, you can edit the step itself.

  • Click on the inner pen that corresponds to the step you want to add objectives to ✏️

  • You will see this window πŸ‘‡ In the left column, you can create up to 5 objectives per step in the sales project. You can write whatever you want, and with the checkboxes, you choose whether the objective must be completed or not βœ…

More about mandatory objectives:

The person creating the objectives for the sales project decides whether the objective must be completed or not.

If you choose to make an objective mandatory, the sales project cannot be moved forward until it is completed. However, if you move the sales project backwards, these will not be checked.

Here is an example of mandatory (red) and optional (blue) objectives in the Presentation step.
