You can choose to set a control step on certain steps in the salesprocess.
Then, this pop-up appears when the user moves the sales project forward, and the user gets the opportunity to review the project values and update them if they have changed during the journey.
In this way, you have the opportunity to create more control over the value in the sales board being up-to-date.
Create a control step
To create a control step, go to Settings > Categories > Type of Opportunity/Step and click on the pen next to the step you want to add a double check of values for.
Check the box for "Control Step" that you will find at the top of the right column in this window.
