Information about publishing a job order on your website

Publishing a job order on your website doesn't go automatically. You need to have the Wordpress plugin installed in your website, which is linked to your publications in Carerix. To publish a job order on your website, you need to create a new Publication in Carerix. 

The publications module offers the following possibilities:

  • Manage publications

  • Create and add new publications

  • Update publications

  • Stop publications

Creating a Publication

Follow the instructions below to create a Publication

  1. Log into the Carerix system using account with privileges to manage Publications and, if necessary, Companies, Contacts, Job orders.

  2. Go to “Files > Publications” section, click the “New” button.

  3. Select or create a new Company, click the “Next” button.

  4. Select or create a new Contact, click the “Next” button.

  5. Select or create a new Job order, click the “Next” button.

  6. Select the Medias on which you would like post on.

  7. Set the First publication date.

  8. Set the Last publication date, if necessary. You can also leave this field empty and the value will be calculated automatically according to the duration based on each of the selected Medias. The value should be not earlier than the date of tomorrow.

  9. The other fields will be filled automatically due to the information you’ve entered in previous steps. You can unlock them and update the information for this Publication.

  10. Click the “Finish” button.

Take note: The actual text of the Publication, also known as Publication Texts are copied from the Tab Publication text in the linked Job Order record. Any textual changes must be made under this Tab only, not the Publication itself.

Updating a Publication

  1. Log into the Carerix system using account with privileges to manage Publications.

  2. Update whatever you need to update: Company info, Contact info, Job order info, Publication info, save your changes.

  3. Go to “Files > Publications” section, open the Publication you would like to update.

  4. Click the “Refresh” button.

Deleting a Publication from the board

  1. Log into the Carerix system using account with privileges to manage Publications.

  2. Go to “Files > Publications” section, open the Publication you would like to delete.

  3. Click the “Stop” button.
