We are excited to present the User Interface and Experience for Client Profiles. During this transition phase, Admin users will see a toggle on the Dashboard of the portal. Admin user selection will cascade to all Admin and Agency users in your office.
The Client Module has not changed locations.
The Client listing will appear when you click on the Clients module.
From this view, you will see a Search field and a variety of filters. As ever, only Active clients are listed by default. The Client Full Name and the Action Column are fixed, only the middle section is configurable and scrolls. You can scroll horizontally by holding the Shift key and using your mouse scroll wheel.
Once you set your filters, click Apply to see the results.
If you want to start over, simply click Reset to go back to the default listing and order.
You can select and move which column headers you would like to see by clicking on Columns on the far right of the screen.
You will see a list of all available columns on the slide out. From here, you can select, deselect and reorder (six dots in a stack icon) by dragging.
If you select any client(s) from the list via the checkbox to the left of the listing, you will see some options are now available to you instead of greyed out.
The first icon allows you to bulk update the assigned Care Coordinator to all selected clients. Please note, if you have multiple Offices, you can only make this change on a per office basis.
When you click the icon, a pop up will appear and you can make your selection from the dropdown list. Click update to deploy the change.
The second icon, the key, is to bulk change the password for the selected clients for the Client Portal.
If you click this button and have accidentally selected a client without an email address on file, you will get an alert about those who will not receive the reset email.
Clicking Yes will send a password reset email only to those clients without the alert. The temporary password will be auto-generated by the system. Each user will receive their own email.
The next three icons are the same as in the legacy UI.
The Download icon will download the calendars of the selected clients.
The Envelope icon will open the email template selection so you can bulk email your selected clients.
The Chat Bubble icon will open the SMS (text) template selection so you can bulk text your selected clients.
The green Add icon will give you the option Add A Client or Add a Prospective Client.
