When CareSmartz does our monthly enhancement release, we recommend that you clear your cache and cookies before you log in the next day.
In Chrome for Windows, you will start by clicking on the 3 stacked dots in the upper right corner of your screen and then clicking on Settings when the menu opens
Click on Privacy and Security and click on Clear browsing data
The best practice is to select "Advanced" and then select All Time from the Time range drop-down. If it will be a big inconvenience to clear all your saved passwords, you can uncheck that box and select only the three highlighted options. It will not affect the functioning of CareSmartz.
Once you have selected the data you want to clear, click the blue "Clear data" button at the bottom of the screen.
It is best to then close the browser and re-open it to start your work.
