Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.
Click Payment Register by Client under the Accounting menu.
Enter the search criteria of the Client you wish to display.
Click the Search button. The results are displayed.
Scroll down to the Refund section
Enter the information for the refund.
Click the Save button to process the refund, or the Cancel button to discard the refund.
NOTE: Text in the Refund Memo will appear in the Account Register so you can remember why you did a refund.
