As we have read in the Article “How to Configure Automated SMS Service” the CareSmartz360 system provides the feature to the Agency to send automated SMS messages to the various users, depending upon the scenario.
SMS content sent in these SMS messages can be controlled by an Admin User so that these messages can be updated as per the Agency needs.
Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.
Click the Settings icon in the Main toolbar.
Click the See all settings button.
Click the Configuration option and then the Configure SMS Template link.
Click the Edit icon for the SMS template you wish to edit.
An Admin User can change the content of the SMS as per agency needs. The content shown within the $ signs are the dynamic placeholders which dynamically retrieves the data from the system.
The Admin User can change the content and click the Update button to update the SMS template, or the Cancel button to discard the changes.
