CareSmartz360 provides the ability to agencies to create schedules with flat rates which are known as Visit type schedules in the system. Whenever a schedule is created with any Call Type (Service) and its Bill and Pay Type is “Visit”, then the system will put the flat rates on the schedule.
Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.
Click the Settings icon in the Main toolbar.
Click tthe Rates link.
On this page the Agency can configure the flat rates for the services. Generally, Live-In is the type of service for which flat rates are applied/configured by most of the Agencies. However, Agencies have the rights to configure any call type with visit type rates (Bill and Pay Rates).
Click the Add New Bill Rate button.
Enter the information for the new bill rate.
Click the Save button to save the rate and the Close button when finished.
