(i) IVR (Telephony) - When the caregiver is using Telephony for task completion, make sure that the caregiver has successfully clocked-in and clocked-out. After performing the clock-out, the IVR gives the caregiver an option to mark the tasks as complete or not-complete.

 

(ii) Web App on smartphone browser - When the caregiver is using the smartphone browser for task completion, make sure that the caregiver has successfully clocked-in to be able to access the tasks and mark them as complete or not complete.

 

(iii) Smartphone Application - When the caregiver is using smartphone application for task completion, make sure that the caregiver has successfully clocked out to be able to get the options of marking the tasks as complete or not-complete within the threshold time.
