To turn on the location services on an Android smartphone, follow these steps:

(i) Tap Settings 

(ii) Tap Location

(iii) Move the slider to ON 

To make sure that you have the location services set in the CareSmartz360 app, click on App Permissions

Select CareSmartz360+ from the list

Select to allow location access when the app is in use
