When the user wants to mark a payer as inactive and eliminate the payer from the payer invoices, please perform the following steps before doing the operation:

(1) Navigate to the Client’s profile->Rates section, choose the payer whom you want to pay for the client invoices and choose the payment distribution as Remainder

(2) The system will confirm that there can be only one remainder payer. Click Okay.

(3) Open the payer’s profile whom you want to mark as inactive and click the Active checkbox.

(4) Go to the existing schedule(s) where you want this configuration to be applicable, navigate to the Payer tab and click the Sync Payer button. The schedules created after making these changes will automatically have this configuration applicable to them.
