If you are trying to edit the pay rate for a particular schedule but are unable to do so, please make sure that the schedule is not under any finalized payroll batch. 

In case the user wants to edit the pay rates, navigate to the Finalized Payroll Batches under the Accounting section and delete the finalized payroll batch. 

Open the schedule again and you will be able to edit the pay rates.
