On the dashboard, there is a widget for Care Alerts where you can see the Caregiver Notes, Caregiver Task, Family Feedback, and Client Feedback.

Click on Caregiver Task and you can see the tasks that have been marked as Complete/Not-Complete for a particular day with the Caregiver and Client Name. 

You can click View All to see a detailed report as well.
