Enter the Settings and navigate to Admin Users under User Management.

You will be able to see the list of Admin Users who have been entered in the system. Click on +Admin User button.

Enter the Desired Username and select the Role.

Enter the Personal Details and hit Save.

This will send the user an email with User Registration details on the mentioned email ID.
