Once you have received the payment through CareSmartz360, using the Payment Register by Client or Payment Register by Payer, you can access the "Paid" receipt through the Account Register.

Use the View Details icon to see all transactions for a particular client.

Click on the invoice number.

This will open a PDF version of the invoice, including the "Paid" stamp.

You can print a hard copy and send it, or you can save the PDF and send it electronically.
