Start by going to the Scheduling>Time Tracking>Views>Schedule Review

Just click on the times that are already there or the words Clock in/Clock out
​

When the menu opens, click on Open Calendar
​

Then, click on the clock, and you can enter whatever time you need.
​

If you are submitting claims to Medicaid, it is not a good idea to change the clock in/out times that were entered by the caregiver, as that is part of the Electronic Visit Verification that is required.

If the caregiver clocked in/out in such as way that you need to adjust the units being billed, please open the schedule and perform a bill (and/or pay) unit override.
