Start by going to the Rates page in the Client Profile and Click on "Edit Client Payer" in the action column for any company that already has 1 authorization and you need to add another.

When the Update Client Payer window opens, select "+Authorization"

Complete the information for the new authorization

Save the Authorization, and then Update the payer
