Client ID
When you check for Place of Service on the Client Main Page, the ID number is right next to it.
Click on the edit icon
Backspace to remove the number that is there
Add your number
Update at the bottom of the page
You can only edit this number 1 time
Caregiver ID
This is on the main page of the caregiver profile and MUST be done prior to the first clock in/out
