Your Caresmartz schedules can have many different status designations:
Most of these are self-explanatory, but Needs Review might confuse you.
Needs Review indicates the following:
· The caregiver clocked in and out within your time and distance parameters
· All tasks were updated (if required)
· One or more tasks that were to be completed was updated to something other than “complete”, like “not complete”, “client refused”, or “not applicable”
The agency would want to review WHY something was marked as a status other than complete to determine if the care plan needs to be updated, particularly if there is something that regularly isn’t done.
