Onboarding Checklist:

The Onboarding Checklist is a step-by-step guide to each task you’ll need to complete to get up and running with CareSmartz. From entering client & caregiver data to starting to use telephony and completing your first billing & payroll cycle from CareSmartz, the checklist is your roadmap to the tasks and resources you need to start using CareSmartz.

Personal Training Sessions:

If you are enrolled in personal training sessions, one of our onboarding specialists will conduct dedicated training sessions for you. We recommend you schedule these sessions as you progress through your setup to gather key tips and ask questions regarding each stage of onboarding.

These sessions are designed to complement our prerecorded training videos to provide the knowledge you need to start using CareSmartz360.

Webinars:

We also provide recorded webinars for each module of the system. You can review these webinars at your convenience for as long as you use your CareSmartz software. The webinars are a great way to get best practices and see new features.
