How to clear the cache on your mobile device

Generally, you won't need to clear your mobile device cache to use your CareSmartz360 mobile app. Occasionally, if something isn't working correctly, we might ask you to try that step to see if it will resolve the issue.

ANDROID

Navigate to the Phone Settings

Locate the "Apps" option

Find the CareSmartz360 App and tap on it

Tap on the "Storage" option

Tap the "Clear Cache" option at the bottom.

iOS

Open Settings and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts).

Tap Safari.

Scroll down and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.

In the popup, tap 'Clear History and Data' to confirm.

Note that this will log you out of any websites you've currently signed into.
