Clock out on the wrong day

The mobile app dashboard always shows the current shift (the one in progress) or the next shift. If your caregiver is clocking out even 1 minute after the end time of the shift, the dashboard will be showing the NEXT shift, not the one that was just completed.

If you allow clock in/out outside the time threshold, your caregivers are able to accidentally clock out on that next shift.

To avoid caregivers clocking out on upcoming shifts, you need to set this option on the main tab in your office settings to Not Applicable

Then, when the caregiver attempts to clock out on the wrong shift, the system will provide the “outside threshold” alert.

When that happens, the caregiver should navigate to the Calendar icon at the bottom of the app

This will open the current day, and the caregiver can select the shift

and then clock out
