Sometimes your caregivers and your clients don't get along perfectly. In CareSmartz360, you can indicate whether a caregiver and a client are a great fit or if they shouldn't be assigned to one another in the future.
Definitions:
Compatible--by default, all clients and caregivers are compatible
Not Preferred--this client and caregiver should not be assigned to one another
Preferred--this client and caregiver are mutually agreeable to one another
Staffed--this client and caregiver have been assigned for at least one schedule, but no preference has been designated
Process
In either the client profile or the caregiver profile, navigate to the "Compatibility" tab.

When you click the edit icon, you can then select the compatibility and add any notes for clarification
If you want to change the options in the drop-down menu, you can do that from Admin Settings>Client>DDM Client Management and select Matching Codes from the drop-down menu.
