The Caresmartz360 system relies on mobile GPS to capture latitude/longitude of the device. Location Services must be enabled to ensure the CareSmartz360+ app functions properly.

Please navigate to device Settings > scroll down to CareSmartz360 app > Location > Select the option While Using the App.

Please ensure that Precise Location is toggled to green. This allows the mobile app to use your specific location. With this setting off, the mobile app can only determine your approximate location.
