How to activate your iOS or Android GPS location settings to allow the Caresmartz360 app to capture location details

Improved interface for GPS Location Capturing:

After installation of the Caresmartz360+ App (version 2.6), the user will be asked to allow the app to use location settings.

Select “Allow while using App”.

On iOs devices

On Android devices


A new feature at the bottom of your Profile tab, allows you to see the last time the GPS Location was used:

After closing the app, you may be prompted to “Turn on Location Services”. If this occurs, click on the Settings button, and enable location services for Caresmartz360.

Please note: If you select Cancel, the prompt will not appear again, and you will need to allow location services from your Mobile Phone Settings, outside the app.


Activating your Location settings on your iOS device:

If you have disabled Location Services on your iPad or iPhone device, and the app does not prompt you to turn location settings on, you will need to activate your Location settings in your device’s settings menu.

You will also be able to see if the GPS location service is active by looking at the bottom of your profile page on the Caresmartz360+ app. The “GPS Location Last updated” will have a recent date and time stamp when you perform your clock-ins and outs.

To turn on your location in your iOS settings, go to Settings > Location Service and switch on the service. (See image below)

Also, ensure that the Location settings for the Caresmartz360+ App are set to:

· Allow Location Access “While Using the App”.

· Precise Location setting should be on.
