The SMS Logs widget will show you incoming messages sent to your CareSmartz360 SMS number.

It will show you the last two days (today and yesterday) by default, however by clicking on the dates you can select to view any date range.

Clicking on any of the messages shown will open a window showing the full messaging history with that contact. From this window, you can send a message by typing into the text box and clicking Send.

To see a full messaging history for your portal, click View All at the top right of the widget. This will open the Global SMS Log from the Scheduling module in a new tab.

All incoming and outgoing messages are billed at $0.015 each. For more information, please see below.
