CareSmartz360 provides the SMS feature to communicate with clients/caregivers and other staff/admins/agency users.

The standard charges for each SMS is $0.015. However, it also depends upon the SMS length, as we charge as per each segment and the limit is 160 characters. If you exceed the limit then the system will count those in other segments and will charge as per that. If your messaging is long, please consider using the email function.

For example: You have 180 characters in the SMS content then the system will charge $0.015 twice the total $0.03 as the limit of 160 characters is exceeded.

The system will charge for every single SMS sent and received as to when we get the response from the user on the agency SMS number system will trigger the SMS as per the settings to all the users for different scenarios selected in the settings.
