NOTE: for our integration to work with QuickBooks T Sheets on QBOnline, you must have a version of QB that is higher than Simple Start.

Once you are done with the QuickBooks Integration setup you can start exporting your Invoices and Payroll timesheets to QuickBooks.

Exporting Invoices from CareSmartz360 to QuickBooks.

  • Navigate to the View Finalized Invoice Batches page under Billing

  • Select the office and click the Search button to view finalized invoice batches

  • Select the finalized batch to execute it.

  • Select the checkbox beside each invoice and then click the Export to QuickBooks button to sync the invoice(s) to the QuickBooks account.

NOTE: If the checkbox is not present against the invoice, it means the client for which this invoice is generated, is not synced or created in QuickBooks.

After the invoice is successfully exported to QuickBooks, a QuickBooks icon will appear beside the invoice which will indicate that the specific invoice is already exported to QuickBooks.

Exporting Payroll Timesheet from CareSmartz360 to QuickBooks.

  • Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.

  • Click View Finalized Payroll Batches under the Accounting menu.

  • Select the office and click the Search button to view finalized Payroll batches.

  • Select the finalized batch to execute it.

  • Select the checkbox beside each caregiver's name and then click the QuickBooks Export Batch button to sync the payroll timesheets to the QuickBooks account.

NOTE: If the checkbox is not present against the caregiver name, it means the caregiver for which this payroll is generated, is not synced or created in QuickBooks.

After the payroll is successfully exported to QuickBooks, a QuickBooks icon will appear under Action tab which will indicate that the specific payroll is already exported to QuickBooks.

Now you need to run the web connector to pull the finalized Invoices/Payroll information from CareSmartz360 to QuickBooks.
