Your Caresmartz360 platform has the ability to automatically generate and send Invoices to your Payers on the creation of a new invoice.
First, navigate to the Billing tab under Office settings.
From here, you will be able to select who should receive the invoice. You can also select multiple options.
You will be able to send the invoice to the client themselves, to the primary payer, or to your client's emergency contact.

When you have created your invoice and hit the Finalize Invoice Batch button, an email will automatically be sent to your selected option/s.
