The Caresmartz360 system allows you to select a default Service Type for each of your clients. This means that whenever you create a schedule for a client, the system automatically changes to the service type selected under Default Service Type.

To select the Default Service type, first, navigate to the Main tab of your Client Profile. You will see the Default Service Type drop-down menu there.

The list that is available to select from will include all of the Service Types that you have in your system. For more information on adding service types, click here.

Whenever you create a new schedule for this client, their Service Type will automatically default to the one selected.
