Profiles can not be moved between Offices. If you have a one-time need to transfer a client or caregiver, please contact support.

***n.b. Before you request to move a client or caregiver to another office, ensure that they do not have any unbilled/unpaid schedules created. Those schedules will not move and will not be accessible to you in either the billing or payroll batches once the profile has been reassigned.***
