You may want to use our scheduling reports for billable and payable hours to confirm that everything is aligned before you start your billing and invoicing process. If you find that the numbers don't "add up", here are a few things to check.
In the Billable Hours Report, make sure you have selected Active AND Inactive as well as ALL clients.
You may have clients with billable hours during the time frame who have been made inactive, so you want to make sure that all their hours are included in the report.
In the Payable Hours Report, make sure that you have selected all Status and All caregivers
Last, check your Scheduling>Time Tracking>Views>Meetings for the same date range
This will show you time that is Payble but not Billable and might account for any discrepancy you find in the other two reports.
