Tapcheck allows your caregivers to receive an advance on their pay, based on the hours that they have worked. If you would like to take advantage of this CareSmartz360 partnership, here is what you need to know.

The process for signing up is quite easy!

The agency should navigate to http://get.tapcheck.com/caresmartz/

Complete the form

Once you have your account with Tapcheck, a CareSmartz360 representative will receive a request to set up API access so Tapcheck can access hours worked and dollars earned thus far.

It usually takes 24 hours to receive the API credentials which CareSmartz then communicates back to Tapcheck, so they can complete the integration.

These “advances” can then be deposited into the Caregiver’s account. There is also a file with the payroll deductions which can be uploaded or migrated into your payroll system so the Caregiver is only paid the amount they are net due at the end of the payroll period.

This offering is FREE to the agency. There is a nominal cost for Caregivers to access payroll which has been earned, but again, there is no cost for the agency itself.
