When CareSmartz does our monthly enhancement release, we recommend that you clear your cache and cookies before you log in the next day.

In Firefox for Windows, you will start by clicking on the 3 stacked lines in the upper right corner of your screen and then clicking on Settings when the menu opens

When the new screen opens, select the "Privacy & Security" tab, then scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and click on "Clear Data..."

Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.

Once you have selected the data you want to clear, click the blue "Clear" button at the bottom of the screen.

It is best to then close the browser and re-open it to start your work.
