How to edit, check and publish Caregiver notes to the client portal

On the Client portal, your clients will be able to view any Caregiver Notes. Depending on your settings, you can review the notes prior to publishing them to the client and their family on the Client Portal.

To see your Caregiver Notes, you can navigate to the Care Alerts Section on your Dashboard. You will be able to view all the notes left by caregivers for any specific visit, by selecting the date range.

To publish the notes, you can select them using the tick boxes on the left, and then clicking on the Publish button.

If you want to edit or change the notes simply click on the edit quick icon on the right,

If the notes have been published, a green tick mark will appear next to the edit icon.
