When creating invoices, sometimes an agency will opt to create $0 invoices. Whether this is for the client's own record-keeping, an exisiting agency workflow, or any other reason, Caresmartz360 allows for the creation of $0 invoices when a payer is affiliated with a client profile, but is not linked as the payer of a shift.

Once created, the invoices will be automatically marked as "Paid".

You can see the invoices and their payment status from the finalized batch.

When you open the invoice, you will see at the top that it is marked as Paid.

At the bottom of the invoice, you will see the balance due is zero despite the hours provided being accounted for.
