What is SaaS?

  • SaaS - ‘Software-as-a-Service’

  • SaaS is a method of software delivery that allows data to be accessed from any device with an internet connection and a web browser.

MINIMUM recommended requirements:

  • HARDWARE – No older than 5 years

  • OPERATING SYSTEM – Windows & iOS operating systems are acceptable. Operating systems must be updated regularly and supported by their respective vendors

  • INTERNET BROWSER – CS360 is optimized for Chrome, however, it does work with other browsers. Browsers must be updated regularly for best performance.

  • DOWNLOAD SPEED – 50 Mbps. (This can be measured using www.speedtest.net)

  • UPLOAD SPEED – 5 Mbps. (Also measurable using www.speedtest.net)

Best practices for enhanced systems performance:

  • Hard wired ethernet in office

  • Maintain (including restarting) modem/router regularly

  • Restart computer at least once weekly

  • Update operating systems and browsers regularly
