We have a tool which allows us to edit multiple schedules in CareSmartz360
This tool can be used to edit the service type of schedules or to apply an Authorization on existing schedules for the associated Service type of a Client. Please note this tool populates only those schedules which are in "Scheduled" status.
Please follow the steps below to update the details on Client schedule in bulk.
Step 1: Please open the Schedule Calendar.
Step 2: Now, filter the Client.
Step 3: Click on the Multiple Schedule Update option and a new pop-up window will open. Please select the Date range and you can update the Service type, Schedule start time/Schedule end time and other details for the selected date range.
By default, Apply Authorization is checked so if your intention is to only apply the Authorization in Client schedules, please select the Service type and Multiple Schedule Update feature will add the associated Authorization in those schedules.
We can also Edit Multiple Schedules from the Client’s and Caregiver’s respective calendars as well.
