We have recently introduced a new Pay unit type which lets the agency create Payroll for their Caregivers as per the schedule duration instead of the clock-in and clock-out duration. This Pay unit type is now visible in the Pay rates pop-window as a Pay unit type and can be selected while creating a New Pay rate OR while updating the existing Pay rate.

Please note that even if the Caregiver clocks-in late and clocks-out early, the payroll will still be created for the complete duration of the schedule when this Pay unit type is selected for the corresponding Service type.
