Introducing our New Dashboard

Our New Dashboard will give you great information about your business at a glance.

***While the Dashboard is new, you will have to select it from the Dashboard Module on the left-hand side of your portal.

Dashboard header

  1. Office selection – Agency users will have the option to view and change the stats by office name. By default, it will be set to ‘All Offices’.

  2. Active Clients - Agency users can now view the number of Active Clients in the selected office.

  3. Active Caregivers - Agency users can now view the number of Active Caregivers in the selected office.

  4. Edit Dashboard – this will allow the user to add or remove various widgets on the dashboard and then save the changes. These changes are user-specific.



    By default, all widgets are visible. If you have disabled one or more widget, they will be found in the Available Widgets list.


Main Widget

It contains five sub-widgets that will always be displayed on the top and cannot be altered.

Missed Clock-In/Out

  1. This widget shows the missed Clock-In and Clock-Outs. User(s) will have the option to see Today's and Yesterday’s count of missed Clock-In and Clock-Outs.

  2. On click, the widget expands and shows the schedules where Clock-In and Clock-Out are missed.


  3. The schedule card will provide an option to ‘Add Clock-In’ and ‘Add Clock-Out’.


  4. In case of multiple schedules, the user(s) can click the ‘View All’ option to view all schedules on another page.

  5. On the View All page, user(s) have the option to search and can filter schedules by date range. Also, they can choose to view only missed Clock-In or Clock-Out.


My Open Tasks

  1. This widget shows a count of all the tasks, assigned to the logged-in user that have a status other than completed.

  2. The widget also shows the count of the tasks that have today’s due date.


  3. The widget allows the user to add a new task –

    1. Step 1 is to select the entity type and search for a user.

    2. Step 2 includes the regular fields that we currently have in the system.

    3. Assigned To and Associated Party fields are updated to include roles as well.



  4. In the expanded view, the calendar on the left guides the user to view tasks by date. If there are any open tasks on a date, then that date will have a dot to denote the same.


  5. Selecting a date, shows the open tasks to the right.

  6. Each card will have the task details and a ‘Show details’ button to view more details and update task if required.


  7. In case of multiple schedules, user(s) can click the ‘View All’ option to view all tasks on another page.

  8. View all page will allow user(s) to

    1. Search by entity name.

    2. View tasks by date.

    3. View tasks by status.

    4. Add new task.


Authorization Expiration

  1. This widget shows a count of all the Authorizations that will expire in the next 30 days.

  2. The second count will show the Authorizations expiring today.


  3. Expanding the widget shows all the Auths in card view with an option to ‘View All’ in case of multiple.


  4. Every card will have a ‘Show Details’ button to view Auth details. It will also allow the user to update the Authorization and Sync as well.


  5. The View All page would allow the user(s) to

    1. Filter by Date with an option to select a custom date range.

    2. Search by Client name.


Open Shifts

  1. This widget is a merger of old widgets, Open Shifts and Open Shift Request.

  2. It would show the count of the Open Shifts in selected office. A quick navigation option to Open Shift Manager is also present.


  3. Expanding the widget would show all open shifts in card view with an option to ‘View All’ in case of multiple.


  4. Every card will show the schedule details, Caregiver requests if received and a button to redirect to the Find Caregiver screen (existing screen) to allow sending requests to Caregivers.

  5. Clicking on the card will show

    1. Client and Shift details.

    2. ‘Caregiver to Agency’ and ‘Agency to Caregiver’ tabs to make the shift assigning process quick. Users can also navigate to Open Shift Manager using the available button.


  6. The view All page allows the user(s) to

    1. Filter the shifts by Office, Territory, Client, and Date Range.

    2. Search by Client Name.


Compliance Expiration

  1. This widget shows the count of Expired Compliances that are Expiring in the next 30 days.


  2. The expanded view would show the ones expiring in the next 30 days in card view with an option to ‘View All’ in case of multiple.


  3. Every card will have the Caregiver and Compliance details and a button to ‘Show Details’.

  4. From the details view, the user(s) will be able to update the Compliance.

  5. The View All page allows the user(s) to

    1. Filter by Office and Territory.

    2. Filter by Compliance Type and Date Range.

    3. Search by Caregiver Name.


Invoices Overview

The old widget was limited to show only the Invoices issued. Now, this new widget will have

  1. The last four weeks of data will be shown.

  2. Every week will show the Invoices issued vs the Amount Received against those invoices.

  3. The number of invoices issued during the last 4 weeks.

  4. View All opens ‘View Finalized Invoices’ report.

Payments Received/Overview

This widget will show the Payments received in the last 4 weeks and the number of payments received. ‘View All’ opens the Payment Summary report.

Care Alerts

  1. Caregiver Notes

    1. User(s) can review the Notes provided by the Caregivers on various schedules.

    2. User(s) can review and publish by using the Review button. Once the notes are published, the edit button will allow the user to make changes, republish and unpublish.

    3. Quick stat like ‘Review Pending’ count is available towards the left.

    4. View All option will open the Caregiver Notes report.


  2. Caregiver Tasks

    1. User(s) can view the tasks covered by Caregivers on the schedule.

    2. Quick stats like count of ‘Not Completed’, ‘Not Applicable’ and ‘Client Refused’ are available towards the left.

    3. View All option will open Task report by Client.

  3. Notes for Family

    1. User(s) can review the Notes for Family provided by the Caregivers on various schedules.

    2. User(s) can review and publish by using the Review button. Once the notes for family are published, the edit button will allow to make changes, republish and unpublish.

    3. Quick stat like ‘Review Pending’ count is available towards the left.

    4. The View All option will open the Caregiver Notes to Family on Schedule report.


  4. Client Feedback

    1. User(s) can view schedule feedback provided by Client.

    2. View All option will open the Schedule Feedback by Client report.

Birthdays/Anniversaries

  1. User(s) will be able to view upcoming Birthdays and Anniversaries in the next 7 days, on separate tabs.

  2. User(s) will be able to wish individually or use the ‘Wish to All’ button to wish in one go. The same goes for the Anniversaries as well.

  3. The 'View All' option will open the Birthday/Anniversary report.


Office Notes

  1. The Global Communication Log widget is now renamed to Office Notes.

  2. User(s) can view all the Office Notes (Communications Notes) for today and yesterday.

  3. User(s) also have the option to add new notes.

  4. The View All option will open the Global Communication Log screen.

SMS Logs

  1. User(s) can view all the incoming messages in the system.

  2. Clicking on the message would open the message history between the Agency and the selected user. SMS details window will also provide an option to Send SMSs.

  3. The View All option will open the Global SMS Log screen.


Pre-screening Survey

  1. User(s) will be able to view all the Pre-screening responses schedule-wise.

  2. User(s) will be able to see All Answers or only Unfavorable Answers.

  3. The View All option will open the Pre-Screening Report V2.

Shift(s) Pending Confirmation

  1. User(s) will be able to view shifts on which Caregiver Confirmation is pending.

  2. User(s) will be able to send SMS and Email reminders by selecting Caregivers.
