Ability to ‘Sync’ the schedules with the updated Service Type tasks and modified Weekly Care settings.
Agency user(s) will now be able to use the ‘Sync’ option from the Office Settings > Weekly Care Summary –
The ‘Sync’ option will update all the schedules of that office with the status ‘Scheduled, Time Tracking confirmed, Needs Review’.
There would be an alert to guide users with the impact of this action.
Assessment tasks will only be synced to schedules of current and future dates.
If NO Clock-In/Out has been performed, then the previously added tasks will be replaced by the new tasks.
If Clock-In/Out has been performed, then previous tasks will remain in the schedule and new tasks will also be added.
Agency user(s) will also have the ‘Sync’ option in the Admin Settings > Service Type –
The ‘Sync’ option will update the tasks on the schedules where the selected Service Type appears.
