There will be NO update to the Agency mobile app & Caregiver app with this release The minimum operating system requirements are "Lollipop" for Android and v11.0 for Apple devices.

New schedule Auto-Publish notifications added under the bell icon.

Now, Agency users will be able to view scheduled Auto-Publish notifications under the bell icon as well.

In addition to the Email and SMS notifications, these bell notifications will keep the users always updated. Following notifications are added to the bell icon –

  1. Schedules are Auto-Published successfully.

  2. Schedules are Auto-Published with conflicts. Kindly review.

  3. Schedules are not Auto-Published due to prohibited conflicts. Kindly Review.

Ability to Show/Hide the info “Client Type” and “Payer Name” on Weekly Care Summary.

Now, Agency users will have control over the visibility of the ‘Client Type’ and ‘Payer Name’ information on the Weekly Care Summary. This can be managed from the Office Settings > Care Summary > Weekly Care Summary Settings. The change in the visibility will impact the Weekly Care Summary generated from –

  1. Scheduling Menu > Weekly Care Summary

  2. Schedule Window > Questionnaire tab > Weekly Care Summary

Ability to filter the schedules by “Service Type” on Weekly Care Summary.

Now, Agency users will be able to filter schedules based on ‘Service Type’ while generating the Weekly Care Summary from ‘Scheduling Menu > Weekly Care Summary’. The schedules This option would help the Agencies to share specific schedule data with Payers and relevant users as needed.

Ability to show RN Name & signature on the DMAS-90 Report under EVV reports

Agency users now will be able to view the RN Name of the Weekly Care and DMAS-90 report.

In addition to the above, the RN Name and signature have been implemented on the DMAS-90 report generated from EVV Reports > DMAS-90 report.

Pre-Export Validations for QuickBooks

We have now added the pre-export validations for the known errors in the QBD system. If a client's name or address fields will have more than 42 characters, then an error would be thrown to the users.

Also, if a client’s name or address field(s) contain special characters, then an error would be thrown to the users. With the added validations in the system, the agency would be notified before the data gets in the queue and the connector is run thus, would save users time.

Updates in Caregiver Applicant form:

The Caregiver Applicant form is now providing the ability to manage the Date of Birth field over the Caregiver Applicant form settings. From the agency portal, you can now mark this field as mandatory, optional and disabled. By default, this field will be optional in the Caregiver Applicant form settings.

Now on the submission of the Caregiver Applicant form, the user will also have the ability to view the Date and Time of the submission. While submitting the document the generated .pdf file will be consisting of this Date and Time stamp for the submission. This time stamp will be available at the bottom of the generated .pdf file.

Update in Client Payer Report

The billing type column is now populated in the client payer report in order to identify which billing type is set for the particular client payer. Along with the column ability to filter via Payer Status and Payer Name are added in the client payer report.


Updates in Caregiver Payable Hours and Client Billable Hours Report

The Caregiver Payable Hours and Client Billable Hours report has also the ability to group by office. We have renamed Group by Territory filter to Group by with options as Office & Territory. Grouping in these reports will be provided by Office or Territory. Office filter is also included in the reports.

Update in Referral Summary Report

In the ‘Referral Summary Report’ there is another filter of 'Status’ added. When the user lands on the page the ‘Status’ filter is set to 'Active' by default. Also when the user clicks on ‘View Report’ there will be two additional columns of ' Status' & ‘Territory’ displayed.

Department codes being updated in ADP export file

The ‘Department Codes’ of the Meeting Type which is configured in the Admin settings → Scheduling → Meeting Type will now be populated in the column of ‘Temp Dept’ column in the ADP export file.

A 5-week schedule be available in List View in the Master Schedule (Beta)

From now on, the 5-week schedule option will be available in List View in the Master Schedule. Based on the selected date, that particular week will come at the top of the list and the next four weeks will be displayed below (total 5 weeks).

Update in Welcome Aboard popup

In the Welcome Aboard popup, “Add agency User” option will be an optional field from now on. In case there are no Agency users in the system, providers can skip this step & it will not prompt the users to add & complete the setup.

Ability to select "2.5X" holiday multiplier under bill & pay rates

The agency will be able to select "2.5X" multiplier while adding Holidays for bill /Pay rates.

Once the Multiplier is applied, the calculations will be shown on the Invoice & payroll sections.

Sandata Update - Missouri State

New Exception has been added in the state of Missouri - "Missing task exception". This exception will be applied when any caregiver has not updated the status of the task in the schedule.

Sandata Update - California - Codes updates ( released on April 20)

The following codes have been updated in the state of California

HHAX - Minnesota Update

UMPI is added as an option for the office qualifier for the agencies in the state of MN to use UMPI instead of NPI. Under EVV configuration, Users can select the option if they wish to use NPI or UMPI number. Based on the selection done & the data entered, the system will send the office qualifier details accordingly.

HHAX - Alabama Update

With this update diagnosis codes will be sent to HHA if they are entered via API.

Custom CSV Export for payer - Home Align in the state of Ohio

Providers in the state of Ohio using Home Align as the payer can export their EVV data for billing purposes as per their requirements in CSV format.

This report will be visible under EVV reports → Home Align Export.

Ability to add Multiple Diagnosis codes under the Client's profile → Claim Codes tab

Agencies will be able to add more than 4 diagnosis codes in the system under the Client's profile → Claim Codes tab.

The first code added will always be treated as the primary diagnosis code, however, users will have the ability to drag & drop the codes up & down as per their requirements and accordingly ranking for each code entered will be determined.

NOTE - The first 4 codes as per the rank will be copied on Schedules at all times. In case the user wants to have code on Rank 6 in the schedule, they will have to move the code from Rank 6 to Rank 4 & then perform sync in order to have the code copied on the schedule.
