The essential documents for the caregivers can be uploaded to the caregiver profile under the designated "Key Document" section.
Click on the Key Documents Tab under the Caregiver's Profile.
2. Click on the +New Documents Button
Caregiver Document Shared with the Client: The shared documents will be visible to the Client only during an ongoing or upcoming schedule with the Caregiver(s). Upon the completion of the schedule and if the Caregiver has no further schedules with the Client, the shared documents will not be available to the client on the client portal.
**Note
The key document shared by the agency with the caregiver will be available for the duration of the caregiver's tenure with the agency unless the sharing is discontinued.
