How to update the Caregiver App and when

In order to provide your caregivers with the best user experience, the Caregiver App will be updated from time to time. Depending on the size and nature of the change, the update can come via either "push code" or "in-store update".

The source of the update will be listed at the top of the Release notes. A store update will be called an update, followed by the new version number. A push code update will be called a push code update, followed by the new push code number.

App Store Update steps:

  1. Once the app version is available on the stores, the users will have to go to stores to check for the app version.

  2. If the version for Caregiver app is 2.43 & 2.11 on agency app on the stores, Users will see an Update icon next to the app.

  3. They can click on the same to update the app.

  4. Once the app is updated on the device, the update Icon will get replaced by Open icon.

  5. Users can then open the app & will be on the updated version that they can verify from the profile screen in the Caregiver App & Menu link in the agency app.

Push Code Update steps, if the push code button does not auto-update:

1. Login in the app.
2. Go on home screen & navigate to profile to check code push version 1.0
3. Then stay idle for a while.
4. Kill the app
5.Go to profile & check the version.
6. It should say updated version & code push -1.1
