Why items are not been displayed in the when creating a Billable Entry

If you landed in this article, you are trying to add a Billable Item, but when you click in the field below, no item is showing to you.

That may be happening for some reasons:

1. Make sure you have the Items Created in the Price Book

Navigate to SETTINGS > PRICE BOOK , and make sure you have item listed in there

2. Price Book item and Client Address

If you added an item(s) in the Price Book for New South Wale, and your client address in Queensland, the item will not be displayed πŸ˜‰

Make sure the Price Item and your client address match.

3. Your Client's Care Plan Billing Type

For example, if the Billing Type in for your customer is set to "Private" and the Price Book items are created with the NDIS type, the items will not be displayed
