Learn how to de-activate and restore a client record

If you want to archive a client record, please follow the following steps. This action DOES NOT delete the client record permanently 😊

  1. Open the Client Record

  2. Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner

  3. Click Archive

If you need to restore your client to see their information, just navigate to Setting > Archived Connection > Clients

Find the client you want to restore and click on the clock icon under the "Actions" column

You can repeat this process as many times you need 😊
