Often times you'll see more abandoned carts in your Shopify admin than conversations being created in Cartloop. Worry not. That's because in order for Cartloop to start a conversation with your shoppers, there are 3 items required:

1. Located in a supported country

Cartloop is available for customers located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Shoppers that abandon their carts and are located outside our supported countries will not receive texts messages from us and will not be added to the subscribers list.

Cartloop is fully GDPR and TCPA compliant. During checkout, shoppers need to give their marketing consent in order to receive text messages from Cartloop. This is how the checkout should look like.

3. Provide a phone number

In order for us to be able to send text messages, shoppers need to add in their phone number in the specific field at checkout.
